- Order Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Status: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (where applicable).
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Express Shipping: Typically takes 1–2 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Fees
- Domestic Orders (U.S.): Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected during checkout.
- International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and the chosen shipping method. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Free Shipping Offer
From time to time, TrustHato may offer free standard shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout. Free shipping is usually available only for orders over a certain value and within specific locations.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select countries. During checkout, you will be able to see if we ship to your country. If we do not offer shipping to your location, please contact us to inquire about possible alternatives.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address for delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (where applicable) to help you monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your package on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost during shipping, please contact us at info@trusthato.net. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs processing, or strikes are outside of our control.
7. Shipping Address

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
